Because of our commitment to our customers, all new and re-roofs come with a minimum ten (10) year guarantee. We guarantee all roofing work shall be 100 % watertight and free from any defects of materials and workmanship for a period of (10) ten years from the date of final acceptance and completion.
During the warranty period, All Atlas Roofing agrees that within a reasonable receipt of notice from the Owner, we will inspect and make repairs to defects or to leaks in the system. We further agree that within a reasonable time we will restore the affected areas to the standard of the original specifications. All emergency and permanent work during the life of the agreement to maintain system will be done at no cost to the Owner, except in the event it is determined that such leaks were caused by abuse on the part of the owner or owners employee's, lighting, hurricane, tornado, hail storms, other unusual clinical phenomena of the elements, as documented by the U.S. Weather Service or other recognized authority, or failure of related work installed by other parties.
